Eligibility Criteria

Admission Information

Hostel admissions are open for students seeking admission to Classes 6 to 9 and Class 11.
Hostel accommodation is not available for students residing in Mathura and Vrindavan.
The Entrance Examination for Classes VI to IX will be conducted on Sunday, 08 March 2026, while the examination for Class XI will take place on Sunday, 15 March 2026. Both examinations will commence at 9:00 AM.
Students must choose only one examination medium, either Hindi or English, at the time of registration.
Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases will not be considered for admission.
Once admission is confirmed, if a student withdraws during the academic session, the fee for the entire session shall remain payable.
Admission and hostel fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Registration forms that are incomplete or contain incorrect information will be rejected.
The presence of a parent or guardian is mandatory during the personality assessment and interview of shortlisted candidates.

The student should fulfill the minimum age requirements prescribed under NEP 2020.
The student should be qualified in the previous class, with an acceptable percentage or CGPA.
The student should secure a place in the final merit list, prepared on the basis of the written entrance examination and personal interview.
